Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 second L-sit hold
10 left-arm dumbbell snatches
10 right-arm dumbbell snatches

Balsamic Chicken & Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Almonds
Prep: 5 min | Bake: 25-30 min | Temp: 400°F
Instructions:
Prep: Line a large sheet pan. Halve 1 lb Brussels sprouts.
Season: Place sprouts and 1 ½ lb chicken thighs on the pan. Drizzle with 4 Tbsp olive oil, 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon, 2 cloves minced garlic, ½ tsp thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything directly on the pan to coat.
Bake: Spread in a single layer (chicken in center). Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is 165°F and sprouts are charred.
Finish: While baking, microwave bacon until crisp.
Serve: Top the hot pan with crumbled bacon and ¼ cup almonds.
Tip: Use pre-washed sprouts and precooked bacon to save even more time!
