15-minute AMRAP
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Dumbbell bench presses
Bike calories
Choose a weight for the bench press and accumulate as many calories and reps as possible. You choose the rep scheme. Record total reps + cals at the end.
BELLY
Egg Roll in a Bowl
Prep: 5 min | Bake: 15-20 min | Temp: 400°F
Instructions:
Prep: Line a sheet pan. Use 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrots) for speed.
Combine: Spread cabbage on the pan. Crumble 8 oz ground pork over the top in small chunks.
Season: Drizzle with 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 Tbsp coconut aminos, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake: Spread thinly. Bake 15-20 mins, tossing halfway, until pork is browned and cabbage is tender-crisp.
Finish: Drizzle with ½ tsp sesame oil and top with sliced green onions.
Tip: Using a bag of pre-shredded coleslaw mix eliminates all chopping!
