Ultra-Simplified Oven Chicken-Pork Nuggets
Ingredients
¼ lb ground chicken
¼ lb ground pork
½ egg, beaten
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
⅓ cup crushed pork rinds
½ Tbsp butter, melted

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Foil-line sheet.
Mix chicken, pork, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Form 6-8 nuggets; coat in pork rinds.
Place on sheet; drizzle butter. Bake 15-20 min until 165°F.
Serve with ketchup or mustard.
Notes
Hands-off: No skillet, chilling. Prep: 4 min.
Simplified: Skipped onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, garnishes, oil.
