NEW WORKOUT LAYOUT

If you look above, we are experimenting with a new workout layout (very sophisticated!)


The button on the website now says, "THE DAILY FIX".


Similar to previous versions, we have:

  • BELLY (low-carb recipe)

  • BODY (daily workout), and

  • BRAIN (interesting article)


These workouts are pulled from the MetFix worldwide website so they may seem a bit more difficult, but THEY ARE NOT! I have been pulling from this archive the entire time and scaling according to your abilities. We will continue to do so.


Unfortunately, you will not have access to log your scores directly on the petrahealth.ca website anymore. That should not be a problem, because very few of you were doing it anyway...


There are 3 options for recording workouts:

  1. Keep a pen and notepad.

  2. Keep a file on your phone.

  3. Create a profile on the www.metfix.org website and log your workouts there.


Finally, this widget follows a 3-ON, 1-OFF cadence. Since our class works on a 5-ON, 2-OFF cadence, there will be days where it says "REST DAY". Still come into class that day as it will be a surprise workout from whoever is coaching that day!
