Easy Keto Salmon Salad Recipe
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes (using pre-cooked or canned salmon)
Ingredients:
Salmon: 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked (or 2 cans, 6 oz each, drained)
Mayonnaise: 1/3 cup (avocado oil-based for keto)
Cucumber: 1/2 cup, diced
Celery: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Red Onion: 2 tbsp, finely diced
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Fresh Dill: 1 tbsp, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Lettuce Leaves: For serving (optional, for wraps)

Calories: ~320 kcal
Fat: 25g
Protein: 20g
Net Carbs: ~2g (total carbs ~3g, fiber ~1g)
Instructions:
Prep Salmon: If using cooked salmon, flake it into bite-sized pieces. If using canned, drain well.
Mix Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Combine: Add salmon, cucumber, celery, and red onion to the dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
Serve: Serve as is or in lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
