BELLY
Cheesy Spinach & Turkey-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
BODY 5 rounds for time:
2 lying-to-standing rope climbs
12 dumbbell snatches
If the dumbbell snatch is tough on the back, use a riser or go from the hang. Try to choose a load you can keep unbroken. For the rope climbs, raise the floor using mats or benches to make them easier. Try to use your legs less to make them harder.

Seed Oils—Part 3
Difference in chemical structure between saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats.
All three types of fat are found in all natural foods containing fat. For example, of all the dietary fat found in a steak, about 45% is saturated, 45% is monounsaturated, and 10% is polyunsaturated.
Polyunsaturated fats are the only essential fats for humans to digest in the form of omega-6 and omega-3. We only need them in very small quantities. Quantities found in nature.
Artificially producing industrial seed oils (canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, corn oil, grapeseed oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil) provides us with an unnatural amount of polyunsaturated fats compared to that found in nature.
