Easy Keto Ground Beef Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Ground Beef: 1 lb (80/20 for keto-friendly fat content)
Lettuce: 4 cups, chopped (romaine or mixed greens)
Cucumber: 1/2 cup, sliced
Cherry Tomatoes: 1/2 cup, halved
Avocado: 1 small, diced
Red Onion: 2 tbsp, finely diced
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp (for dressing)
Lime Juice: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp (for beef seasoning)
Optional: 1/4 tsp chili powder (for a kick)

Instructions:
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder (if using). Break it apart and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
Mix Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Add the cooked ground beef and drizzle with the dressing. Toss to coat.
